At each CNY EGA meeting, we take an adventure in needle art through various projects. Needle art is a product created with a needle. Some examples of needle art are embroidery, needlepoint, tapestry, appliqué, beading, and more. All levels of experience are welcome, even if you have no experience. Come and meet new people and learn about needle art.
This November at CNY EGA...
Our November program uses the peyote beading technique to focus on the intricate art of miniature beaded ornaments. This technique is known for its precision and versatility, allowing participants to create beautiful and detailed patterns in their ornaments. During the session, members will learn the two-needle start to craft unique ornaments that can be used as holiday decorations or gifts. Whether newcomers or experienced beaders, attendees will leave with finished pieces and a deeper appreciation for this traditional craft.
